currently infected with hepatitis C, of whom only 30% know
they have the virus. The only way to find out for sure if
you have hepatitis C is through a blood test. Your doctor
can order one for you. By taking this action you'll be doing
yourself a favour because hepatitis C can be treated only if
it has been detected. Untreated hepatitis C can lead to
severe conditions that require long-term, intensive care.
